In line with the current advice we will be only able to respond to essential/urgent maintenance. Dealing with issues such as gas leaks, floods, fires etc
Repairs which affect the comfort of the tenants- No hot water, no central heating we will treat on a case to case basis. We will prioritize key workers and families with young children during these testing times
Please state if you are a key worker/and or a family with young children when reporting issues.
Given the restrictions have been put in place in order to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, it is essential that any contractor and tenant undertaking work still follows the guidelines in terms of:
• Keeping a minimum of 2m apart from other people (who are not from your household),
• Washing hands frequently,
• Wiping down all surfaces
